| Michael Rademacher Productions was originally a European and Australian company that did in-house work for the fashion industry, as well as commercials, informercials, and corporate films. Although they maintained an office in New York City, the company never actually conducted financial business in the United States. Mr. Rademacher passed away in 2003. After that, Maria Ciaccia registered the name in the United States in order to pursue Michael's dream of transforming the MRP into a movie and television production company operating primarily in the United States.
